The [EC 890] ProtoGel™ 30% (1 L) is a high-purity, ready-to-use acrylamide stock solution used for the preparation of polyacrylamide gels for protein and nucleic acid electrophoresis.

Its 30% concentration allows flexible gel formulation for SDS-PAGE, native PAGE, and other polyacrylamide-based applications, enabling researchers to prepare gels with a wide range of concentrations (e.g., 4–20%) by diluting with buffer, bisacrylamide, and water.
